The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per transaction. The daily withdrawal limit is BDT 100,000 and the monthly limit is BDT 5,000,000. Higher limits are available for players at elevated VIP levels. In special circumstances, we may approve a limit increase.
Baje9 provides the first three monthly withdrawals free of charge. After that, a 2% processing fee applies to each additional withdrawal (capped at BDT 500). Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it remains pending for 24 hours during which you may cancel it. After that, it moves to processing and cannot be cancelled. If KYC or verification is incomplete or an issue is found, the withdrawal request may be cancelled and the funds returned to your account.

If abuse is detected, all bonuses, winnings, and associated funds will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
Every bonus has a set validity period, typically 7 to 30 days. If wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. baje9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time.

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except in certain live betting scenarios). All bets are recorded in the baje9 system and settled according to our server time. If a technical error or incorrect odds are identified, baje9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
